Is there any easy way to pass this SN2 mission?

Area J-01:
Music: Strict Machine
Diff.: EXP(8)
Options: Fake Doubles
Challenge: Get at least 880,000 points.

This is the last mission I have to pass before unlocking the other areas, and I always come up short with 802,000 points. Is there some sort of trick to doing this, like using a controller? Or was it easier for everyone else to pass this on foot?

I use the controller for the fake doubles missions. Have one hand on the D-Pad and use it for the left arrows and one hand on the shape buttons for the right arrows and it should be easier.

You can also try using some Custom modules like Assist Perfect.

Use a controller and make it so that the face buttons and the d-pad hit all arrows.

You can modify settings to play doubles with a only 1P controller.
I play with arrows side as 1P in doubles, and square-X-circle-triangle side as 2P side in doubles xD

My method is synchronize both sides to play as a normal game in single.
Only difficult are the long moves (1P to 2P / 2P to 1P) at faster BPM (Pluto Relinquish Expert and Challenge, and Dead End Special)

@hooky-i-vanisher's sig: I would honestly say that the US Version of Supernova 2 CS really sucks compared to the US Supernova 2 AC(unless they have the same licenses)
