I also remember when the whole "jun PARANOiA TRIP MACHINE" thing was going around, but I only recall something to the effect of "I (we) would like to make a new TRIP MACHINE" as opposed to an actual commitment, which is what it sounds like she gave for PARANOiA at the event in Osaka, 2006.
One major thing to keep in mind for Saturn is that Mr. Saturn's comment says it's his first original composition for DDR ever. TAKA, YOSHITAKA, TOMOSUKE, and Tatsh have already debuted. It also fits in with wac's love of celestial song names.  Yeah, it's not confirmed, and I never thought I'd see the day wac would make a DDR original, but for now I'd say he's the most likely candidate.

Did he say it was his first composition for DDR or bemani period? Im sure there are alot of artist who havent done anything specifically for DDR before.

In the comments of INJECTION OF LOVE "Akira Shintani" says that is his first song in beatmaniaIIDX... in this case could be the first "Mr.Saturn" song on DDR
Now if I must say who's Mr.Sturn... I'm between wac & Sota... why Sota? Well the NEW CS/OST version has a new sound at the beggining of the song; Sota always (well, recently xD) do that to the OSTs version (with you..., Cyber Force, Andromeda II among others) also in Sota's blog he recently added for downloading 2 Percussion Samples he made... sound very Tribal to me, as the Percussions of Saturn... very similar.
Dunno but I'm between wac & Sota.

Also, to the people who originally questioned Black Hole being NAOKI, you can pretty much listen to that token piano + one of the bass lines that are in the song, and compare them to Fascination MAXX.
Also, the synths in SATURN remind me of moon_child while the percussion reminds me of GANYMEDE (yes, I said it) so that really makes me think it's wac.
