Mr. Saturn sounds like it might be Yoshitaka based on the synth used in the last 20 or so seconds of the song, as it sounds pretty much exactly like the captivate synth.
Pleaides productions sounds like naoki to me

PLEIADES PRODUCTION doesn't appear in the end credits so I assume its a pseudonym.
