Default Are the Ultramixes playable on 360?

& if they are, can I still get the songpacks for them? I'm trying to find out for someone. I read something about UM4 being compatable, but I checked Xbox.com & it didn't have it listed....

Ultramixes doesn't work on Xbox 360. Just get DDR Universe for Xbox 360 and download them. I think you can now download the song one at a time, which cost around 1.25 to 2.00(I think).

I know about Universe's downloadable song. But can I still download song packs for the UMs/that Megapack that's $65 for Universe?

No, the song packs don't carry over. I kind of figured that out once I knew they had Something Wonderful and Diamond Jealousy in the default songlist.

My advice: cable the computer feed to the television, download Stepmania, buy a USB adapter for your pad to hook it up to the PC, then download as many song packs as you can.

It's sure cheaper than $1.25 a song.

Er... well, that's out of discussion, of course.

But zonic505 is talking about DDR ULTRAMIX, not STEPMANIA. He wants to play it on his console.

Alright, thank you for all the answers. CyricZ, who does the DDR faqs on GameFAQ, was wondering about the current songpacks that he didn't cover (AKA songpacks for UM4). I just wanted to make sure for him anyother stuff.

I know this is sort of off topic, but since it is the same game/different name and it's for xbox I thought I'd ask here instead of making a new thread about the same thing.

Is Dancing Stage Unleashed playable on 360 and off topic.. is DS unleashed the same as ultramix?

EDIT: I said same game/different name because I wasn't sure, just to clarify..

The only difference between DDR Ultramix and DS Unleashed is the licensed songs...otherwise the KOs and game interface are the same, respective to each game in the series of course. And all the song packs are the same.
