i recently got the US DDRMAX, and i find it much better than the JP DDRMAX tbh a much larger varied song list i love it.
But the JP DDRMAX2 is much better than the US one lols.
The only problem with Max JP CS was that there were mostly licensed songs and not too many KOs.

You bumped a two-month old thread to say that? And Trance De Janeiro is an awesome license, partly because of its awesome doubles chart.
Edit: Never mind. It was still on the first page. I guess the bump isn't a problem.
I think his point is that Trance de Janeiro is not on MAX JP but on MAX2.
I don't think the lack of KOs is really that bad since the ones that are on there are amazing (Midnite Blaze i'll love you forever) and i prefer quallity over quantity, that being said, having a lot of awesome licenses is better than just have a few mediocre ones (I'm looking at you SN2 and X)
On topic. It showed that more than 70 god dam f**ing songs could be fit onto a DVD. With HD-DVD and BR's out, I'm sure space isn't a problem.
IIRC, DDR EXTREME (arcade), and previous arcade mixes from there were all CD-ROM (not DVD), and that was 230(+?) songs PLUS BG videos. Space is/was not a problem.
