You could always grab it from the media shop to check, you know (it's in here.)
However, in a slight token-whoring interest, I'll just copy the stuff down off my own copy. (The lyrics will be skipped, though, since you said you didn't need them.) These are letter-for-letter from the video, so just copy paste and remove my comments on the bits that I added them on.
