O_o Hmm that's kinda new. Usually, most machines I've played on, it's the P1 that sucks because when people play, they usually play on P1, leaving P2 in good condition.

The SN2 at CZ, is an upgraded one. It was upgraded from SN to SN2. The pads used to be SN's, and they reeeally sucked. So. :/

Yeah, I've noticed that too because P1 at our arcade doesn't hold good while the 2P holds perfectly fine. I noticed gameplay was a lot different too because I switch with each round.

Well once I've played DDR SN2 in SM Mall of Asia (usually), I just saw that machine has been perfrectly fixed but the sounds of the machine seems to be too loud.

The P2 pad of SN2 in Glorietta 4 has slightly malfunctioned but it's now fixed... I'm so happy since I can now play MARS WAR 3 Doubles on Expert.

The only problem is in SM Megamall.

Both pads seem f**ked up to the point that the unlock codes can't even be entered.

Plus, even after the technicians and mechanics fixed the pads, they become f***ed up again the next day.

I live close to 4 different machines and usually one 2 are up and working properly. 3 are in 3 different cyberstation all owned by the same person but the one that works is in his "Flagship Store" aka he does the most business. As for the 2nd working one is actually and an indoor skatepark/rollerrink and the owner there takes pride in his machine and makes sure everyone is happy. Too bad the newest machine is supernova 1 and actually i didn't realize 2 was out until i logged in here,

There is this one place though (which has the cheapest price for Supernova1 machine in my country) that has neat pads (even after it was used heavily before when it was still in Hong Kong).

Granted, the game difficulty is a problem..........but with a price worth 10 American cents per game, there is no reason to complain at all

I live in Henderson (part of Las Vegas), so we have lots of machines, but my local arcade (Green Valley Ranch Casino) has a DDR Supernova game, on a DDR Extreme machine. The right side works fine, but the left side has been broken for like... A year, I think.

Heh congrats indeed to you guys there.

Just take care of it though (as there could possibly be padbreakers and stuff there).

------------------------

Anyways,

In my country, there is another location with SN2. The lights are busted........but at least the dance pad is still fine. Though granted that it easily gets full and is overcrowded with huge queue with players lining up to put their credits and stuff.

That's what you get indeed for pricing it at 20 American cents per game.............

That said, I'd never get a chance to play there (unless I arrive there either before lunch time or when it's closing time)

Thanks. Maybe it will stay in a good condition for longer amounts of time considering you must buy a buffet to get in the building (I do not know what country you are from but its like $7USD). Hopefully it won't be like an arcade where people come in and completely take over the machine and stomp as hard as they can. It would be interesting to see if charging an admission fee would make people show more respect to an arcade machine.....

Hmm.........

USD$7 x 50 pesos (est.) = 350 pesos

I assume this is an entrance fee wherein access to the machine is already included in this (which mean that your machine is in FREE PLAY???)

Just asking

-----------------
Anyhow

The nearest SN2 machine to my house is still quite well.

It was originally purchased as a SN1 brand new machine back in 2006 (and was built by Konami of Japan themselves) and after two years of service, it still works well.

I'm pretty happy with it so far

I got a superNOVA that's like covered in Dry spit a mile(4 mile drive due to bad streets) A bunch of stupid croats play on it with their soccer cleats and tear the sides of the pad up something awful. I'm guessing they replace the poly carbonate parts often. The machine misses like crazy and the real bitch about it? They replaced a MAX6th mix with a EXTREME 8th mix, then a SuperNOVA. What happened to that 6th mix?

We also got an 8th mix that's been at the same spot since 8th mix came out. It's semi-well maintained, but it's still a bit ghetto, as everything that possibly could have happened, did to this poor machine. Owner is a real nice guy, but the company regional manager is a prick and won't let him update it.

We also HAVE an ITG2 cabinet, but it's like 50 miles from me.

Well..........

If that's the case, then it should be brought to the attention of the higher ranking officials.

We also experience this often as well (some managers and technicians can be pricks and not give a shit).

Still as players and customers, it is your right to demand for quality working machines since you pay for playing and using these things.

So let yourself be heard
