Nice seeing everyone yesterday. I'll be there more often.

Just came back from a brief visit, and GF was still not on, as were Pop'n and IIDX due to the card reader not adding credits right.

On another note, 10 credits for IIDX?! That's absurd!

Didn't check out the fighting games upstairs, so I couldn't tell you. At least Pop'n is an understandable 4 credits.

At least they'll start having 3 hour time cards now.
So that's good.

It's pretty fuckin awesome up there.
They need to modify pop'ns speakers though. I can't hear anything! D:

That's a good point about time cards. It's still unfortunate that 2 hours of IIDX would cost roughly $30 if you went off tokens, though.

i just came back from there and what seruji said is true (not about the credits because the were not on) upstairs the Raiden 4 and that other fighting game next to the tekken 5 were not on

i couldn't check the SF 4 or the T6 cause the group of poeple that were there would not let anybody play...

to thatdoublesguy:
you need to add a little more string to the second stick on the dm V5 it needs to reach the cymbal and the hi-hat

the volume on the Rhythm Tengoku is fine i can hear it pretty well but the second player A button is starting to get stuck...

other than that everything is a-okay

My stay this evening was short - IIDX, Pop'n, and GF were still turned off, being the Bemani games I mostly play! XD

The general consensus of both staff and other Bemani gamers I talked to was that the cost for a round of IIDX was crazy stupid, and that we should get in contact with the people that set that price, and inform them that the Golfland copy of Gold still costs only 75 cents.

MGL is a cheaper arcade...

dm/GF is 75 cents, GW - 4 credits = $1.00
IIDX is 75 cents, GW - 10 credits! = $2.50
Maximum Tune 3 is 75 cents, GW - 4 credits
(^ these only matter to me )

mostly everything is .25, .50 or .75 the only $1.00 games are the ID4 and nascar

although i am a huge fan of shmups so i'll be playing Raiden IV alot...

Yup, and I pointed this out in a comment I wrote to the Gameworks headquarters. Hopefully they read those things.

this is the number one reason i wish popn was at MGL or SF4 or V5. There so much cheaper. I rather have tons of ppl playing these games for cheap than having high prices of games and only having a hand full of ppl playing them and complaining about how much they are, which already seems to be the problem. Even though i never like the prices to begain with i love me IIDX and POPN so if you go there, you should see me there time to time.

Keep the Updates coming on the status of the machine about when there back on.
