Default (MGL) Mesa Golfland, Arizona Official thread

So lets talk about Mesa Golfland here. Anything and everything! And for "us", that still see some light in DDR. They finally have SuperNOVA!

CrackerJax also has a dedi cab of SuperNOVA.

From Van Nuys, so roughly 45 minutes to an hour to get to A.I, about 10-15 minutes to get to FFA though.

I'm there on Friday afternoons, mainly for IIDX. I don't have as much reason to go now, since I have RED CS, but it's still nice to play on a machine from time to time.

=D

Oh, I'll have no problem with that. I really want to play piu or dance maniax though. Maybe see if playing bm at home has helped me.

It definitely helps, but you're going to need a set or two to adjust, what with the turntable positioning and all.

It seems weird to me that people would stop playing in the arcade when the home version came out. I mean, did people stop playing DDR when DDR Extreme JP came out?

I play at the arcade because I like the atmosphere, and playing and talking to other people and sharing interest in a fairly obscure arcade game. The keys, the sound system on the machine and other little touches like that are nice, too.
