The issue is that the upper management of Golfland (the chain, not MGL specifically) wants to put more ticket machines at MGL. From what I've been told, IIDX Gold was accidentally sent to MGL, and wasn't intended to be there.

It would be harder to convince people otherwise if the big dogs don't want to

even i keeping tell him he needs to fix to joysticks in the fighting games
MGL is the only location in AZ that has IIDX, GF and dm
Castles and Coasters has only DDR (but has a good number of fighting games)
Gameworks of Tempe has DDR EX, Taiko no Tatsujin 9 and a Pump machine
Fiddlesticks of Scottsdale has nothing but '90's style games
nothing we can do really just be thankful we even have IIDX, GF ans a dm

Nothing game-effecting, but the shoulder straps on the guitars were messed up (one can't be slung over your shoulder, and the other can't be adjusted), and something happened to the DM marquee, so it was replaced with the 10th mix one. They still run perfectly fine, and I mostly bring it up with the hopes that getting replacements for them will also include a new snare.
In other news, Russ has been getting increasingly frustrated with the higher-up's stubbornness in getting new Bemani.

But it's hard for giants like me to play the IIDX machine without looking like a freak.
