Yes, we have a few machines here. Guam is not a large place so getting to places isn't hard. Get a bus/trolley to Micronesia Mall. There are directory maps there and you can easily find the arcade. Easiest route is to go to the theaters, then head left(down the hall thing, past the movie posters).
We have, at the moment, and ITG machine(with custom songs enabled, R23), Beatmania the Final(with Unlocks, currently second player is busted), and Drummania 9th mix(pads are 7/10, bring your own drumsticks!). Another ITG is located in the amuesment park, but its difficult to describe where and is in worse condition anyway.
My friends and I are generally there on Saturday, from noon til closing and occasionally Friday afternoons. Weekdays it's usually empty. Show up and say hi since we don't get many people familiar with music games outside the occasionally Japanese tatsujin. (shoot me a mail and I can probably hook you up with some good restaurants
