Default Bemani items in Hong Kong

Although I'm from Canada, I'm visiting Hong Kong for the second time. I was hardly interested in any bemani the first time I visited (except for DDR), so I didn't really look hard enough. But this time, I would like to know where I can find some bemani (especially beatmania IIDX) items. I already know that Lik-Sang and Play-Asia is in Hong Kong, but I would like to know if there are other stores too that sell beatmania stuff.

The hotel I'm staying at:

City Garden Hotel
9 City Garden Road
North Point

Greatly appreciate any help. Oh, and if possible, please post the address/location of the store.

EDIT: one more thing. I've heard that IIDX Distorted is somewhere around Hong Kong. I would also REALLY want to know where that machine is! Thanks!

I dunno what kind of items you want:
You can find soundtracks on the bottom level at 信和 (Sino Plaze) in Mong Kok, on Nathan Road near Mong Kok MTR station.

You can also buy IIDX controllers and games at video game malls on the Island side (i think its 188 or 298 Center, forgot which one).

Try Virtual Zone in Hong Kong.

It's known as IIDX haven for it is one of the 13 locations (or more) in HK that have BM IIDX machines.

They have the latest IIDX Distorted version as well and their keys are BRAND NEW.

Oh, and if you look the HK thread, someone mentioned 3 arcades where Distorted can be found.

EDIT: Gold Star TST is the most accessible location. Here's the address:
Ground Fl., Carnavon Plaza, 22 Carnavon road, Tsim Sha Tsui (MTR Exit E2), Kowloon

Oh you bet ya.

In fact, there are more ten locations in Hong Kong that have BM IIDX DJ TROOPERS (two of the said locations have brand new machines with the new LCD TV screen).

ALL CONNECTED TO E-AMUSEMENT ONLINE NETWORK.

Aside from that, they just launched jubeat a few weeks ago and is now available in like twenty-thirty different outlets/locations in Hong Kong. Pop N Music party is also available and of course GFDM V5 is everywhere. So yeah, what more can I say???

P.S.
In my last visit, I went to MK 88 in Mong Kok (593-601 Nathan Road near exit E1 of Mong Kok train station) because that place has the brand new machine with the LCD TV screen plus they also have a second cabinet. Indeed, it was a neat experience. Also, you should try Virtual Zone (in Telford) as well as perhaps X-Land in Tsuen Wan as well as the Namco World place (@ HK Convention Center)

Is there a time frame for when IIDX EMPRESS should arrive?

Also how many HKD is a normal game of IIDX/Pop'n/DM/jubeat?

If they're following the usual 9-month timeframe (during the GOLD-DJT shift for Asia), then I'd say March 2009. Otherwise, if they're going for a full 12-month period, then I'd say June 12, 2009 (of course, not later than that obviously)

Prices of BEMANI games in Hong Kong vary on the game and location. When I last went there, here were some of the prices (and this applies to both Hong Kong and Macau as their currencies are considered as equal nowadays):

-BM IIDX 15 DJT (around HK$6/MOP6)
-GFDM V5 with e-amusement (around HK$5/MOP5-HK$6/MOP6)
-GFDM V5 offline (HK$4/MOP6)
-GFDM V4 offline (HK$3/MOP3)
-GFDM V3 offline (HK$2/MOP2)
-GFDM version below V3 (HK$1/MOP1)
-Pop n music party 16 with e-amusement (around HK$5/MOP5-HK$6/MOP6)
-Jubeat Asian Version with e-amusement (HK$4/MOP4-HK$6/MOP6)
-DDR Supernova 2 e-amusement (HK$4/MOP4-HK$5/MOP5)
-DDR Supernova 2 offline with "MAX" unlock code (HK$3/MOP3)
-Taiko No Tatsujin 11 Chinese Version (HK$4/MOP4)

Those are some of the price estimates. Again, prices may vary based on location and some establishments may charge a buck or two less (because of competition there). Some of the prices I mentioned are based on my visit to one establishment a few weeks ago (MK88 in Mong Kok)

Hope that answers some of your questions.
