Granted, it's a little more expensive than other areas...........but at least, it's smoke-free, clean and secure hehe

namco world is in world trade center, not hk convention center

Anyways, as requested by one of the mods (Sir Profit Prophet), I'll mention what I said in the previous thread:
Anyways, lots of interesting stuff you can do with e-amusement (for BM IIDX). Most of the time, I just used Pacemaker-A setting......but apparently, I noticed a setting which gets "score by area/territory". Thus, I was able to see the top scores of players in the whole of Hong Kong (I think IMC and AOI.CE were often on the list heh )

Also, based on the locations listing for Empress machines in Hong Kong (if this is accurate)

It looks like there are at least ten locations in Hong Kong that have Empress (plus two in Macau). And damn, I can't believe that there was one in CWB (and I was within that vicinity the whole during my last HK trip). And was just beside the frickin Jaffe Road. Shucks, if I only knew

Btw, just a quick question (just this last one from me):
During my last visit I created my own account for Empress (transferred my DJT account to create it).




Unfortunately, since I was in a big hurry that time (only played one game that night as I didn't want to miss the last train back home to my hotel), I wasn't able to change the location properly.

As you can see, I was supposed to change it back to "Heung Gong" (Hong Kong) but I accidentally pressed the button without changing it, thus it still is displayed as "Hoi Wai" (Overseas).

My question is: Is it possible to change my location in-game (say when I get access to an online BM IIDX machine) or can't it be modified/changed (until I do a data transfer when the next version comes out)???

I'm looking for a place in Hong Kong that has a BM IIDX machine using the LCD monitor (aka 'TYPE B' monitor).

It looks something like this:




AFAIK, the only place I know that has it is MK88 which is an establishment along the Mong Kok portion of Nathan Road.

So I was wondering if anyone knows if there is another place in Hong Kong that has the TYPE B display?

I was travel HK. Hong Kong is a major travel destination which overwhelms the senses with it`s stunning scenery and lively street life where east meets west. Hong Kong means `fragrant harbour` but much has changed over the years with the rapid expansion of tower blocks, traffic, population and industry. The main cultural influences are mainly Chinese even though Hong Kong was controlled by the British until 1997 when it was returned to China.

there should be around 10 of them thought out Hong Kong

Btw, I was surprised that Gamemax Causeway Bay had BM IIDX (and Lincle to boot lol).

I think the most strange upgrade of all is the two cabinets in MK88.
They skipped RA and upgraded from sirius straight to lincle.

btw in some places diva arcades are $3/2 songs but some are $6/2 songs. strange.
