Yeah, who saw the match? It was breathtaking till the end. Red card Zidane, wtf? Allas, it ended in penalty's, thus Italy won the WC. Good game Italy! Good game France! Till the next World Cup!

Zidane was well out of line, he just snapped and went mental. Both teams were out of puff, and even though France were giving it their best shot, Italy's defence was too good.

Hooray for Italy though!

First and foremost, it made for an entertaining game, but I was also happy with the end result. Whilst I would say France didn't really deserve their penalty, they also were unlucky to have clinched it in the second half / extra time when they really upped their game.

Both teams played a good game, although I felt France should have won.
