Lookin' for other IIDX players in Brisbane! Do u visit Replay or Funhouse alot? Are you constantly lining up coz someone keeps pumping coins in?

So, ahhh, I'm not particularly skilled. But I am completely addicted.

DJ SHUD, or a blank space on the city 10th, or Sunnybank's Happy Sky.

Discovered IIDX around October last year when my GF picked up a controller and 9th when visiting family in Japan, and was hooked instantly. Since then I've managed to get hold of another IIDX controller, taiko, 2 keyboard mania controllers, the new GF and DM controllers, and a GH controller. I think I need help

Anyways, I don't get over to Sunnybank much (usually if I have to play comp at the Matchroom snooker hall across the road), but when I do, I always pop in for a few games.

I'm currently stuck at the AA level, with AAA's few and far between. And my recent milestone was passing Sphere, A'ing Pandora and AA'ing Karma. But I don't play on the AC much so adjusting is fairly tricky. Perhaps a better indication of skill is that I can pass all level 8's in RED, but no flashing 8's

I'd really dig having someone better than me to trade RED data with so I have some motivation to improve.

There's someone by the name of Tsu that's been raping the 10th scores at Replay anyone know who that is? I'm guessing it might be that crazy asian dude I keep seeing but its rare to see someone doing 8 stars out of no where.

Also who are you Legion_of_Sound? says Melb in your profile but I don't remember anyone in LoS from Melbourne.

We had an RTF comp last April when Eddy was here, RTF might not be -active- but we still play DDR, hopefully with SN coming out the oldies will come back and play again, THIS means you Loserbait.

when replay had the ddr comp in brisbane he told me that RTF no longer exists and was making a new DDR comp name.

I play at Funhouse once a week, it's getting sort of old for $2 a game.
Also I prefer to use L3 to QM78 now, it's easier to enter. XD

i seem to remember another guy from brisbane who had exceptional IIDX skills. I saw him play in melbourne's timeout (the machine with the really shotty timing) and still manage to get reasonably high scores on it. He knew L^3 and loserbait so i'm asuming most people know who he is.

anyways, QLD is kind of a danger zone for me beecause i dont know how many freaky mutated players you guys have hiding in there (i didn't even know of L^3's existance until loserbait showed me his scores). I'm looking for players to battle against in australia, but there isnt much challenge down here as most people are light 7 players or simply too far behind (sorry XYTH). I want to battle some of the guys up there (and by battle i mean get massacred). anyways i'd like a rough idea about the top rnaking players up there (minus L^3 coz we all know hes above japanese standards)
