the best i can give u is...

take the train to burwood.
exit the train station and turn left.
walk until u see an intersection.
cross it.
keep walking in the same direction.
about 100m from the intersection is Laser19.

Outer limits at Phillip Island is $2 for 3 credits (9 songs, must be a $2 coin though).
Intensity, South Yarra has a DDREX machine and costs $2 for 4 songs.
Timzone, Knox City has a Supernova machine which costs $2.20 for 3 songs ($2 for VIP). Not sure if it is yet patched.
