Will it be too much to ask to keep the old site up permanently? I know it's probably a lot of webspace that it's taking up, but there's a lot of useful sims on there.

No the old site will not stay up permanently. The sims alone takes up 63GB of disk space.

phpBB never really has validated avatar size properly. You can try to reduce the resolution of the image, re-scale the image, or if all else fails, compress more, or use a different file type (GIF instead of PNG, for example). Keep trying until you meet the image requirements.

Also, regarding the front-page news posts. Yes, I know. It must be fixed, but it will be a while.

Up in the top set of drop down menus below the BMS header, go to "Forum" -> "Menu" -> "Edit Options". Use the bottom option. Change it from "Default" to "Scarlet_New" to go back to the RED theme.

Yes, the quick template change is glitched, however, simply clearing cookies and restarting seems to resolve it (since the quick template jump is temporary and only valid for the session). A restart might fix it as well, but I haven't tried.

Those people whose usernames were "carried over" actually registered a while ago. Not one user account was carried over, no simfiles, nothing.

Don't know if it's jsut me or what, but on the main page (not the forums), the headlines show the code and it's all plain text. Are you guys getting that too or is it just me...
