W00! Happy Sky! I was waiting for this announcement to show up on the front page before it would be official in my mind. Next announcement that I'll be waiting for is the CS exclusives.

Guess it was kind of inevitable. I'm wondering if I'm going to buy the KonamiStyle LE this time. I bought it from 8th to RED and it seems the extras (the RED poster was awful and the vids on VE4 were not exciting) are getting worse.

As for the Bemanifest name topic... well, I like Bemanifest, personally. It's short and to the point, and doesn't sound as retarded as Bowl-manifest.

Or maybe you should call it the "Late July and/or Early August Bemani Festival" because it will be impossible to make it next year if it's early July again, and I really don't want to miss it

Rolls'n'Beats Festival 2007... (Roll'n'Beat Fest could work too, but that goes with the bowling theme nonetheless...which isn't the aim I suppose) [edit] Roll'n'Beats Fest is another neat variant.

World Session '07 (Feat BMS's 5th Anniversary)... OMG CREATIVE USE OF BEMANI TERMS GIT IT? ...okay, personally, I like it. It seems like a cool name for a 'worldwide' music games get together. Too bad someone might frown upon the use of the word session... but then again, that is just a word. I could also lend itself to a cool logo or something. It can also have the word 'The' thrown onto it if that makes it any better. ("The World Session"...? Seems like a neat add onto another name. "Bowl-Mani Fest 2007: The World Session")


I'll see if I can come up with some cooler stuff later today. It's not like anyone is going to be reading this anyways... I think you want something more 'underground rave'sy.

Maybe you should just call it something neat and then add: "The Underground Rave."

Secondary titles are cool too, I guess.

I already put this in the TGA forums but I guess I'll put it here too:

Something along these lines perhaps:

Rhythm Action Damashii
Rhythm Damashii Fest

etc

Rhythm can be attributed to the music games, fighting games, and cosmic bowling, so it has a wide range of fit. Damashii meaning soul or spirit, as in team spirit. Damashii is the rendaku form of tamashii.

I was also thinking maybe something just as simple as TGA Fest... Also, I think it would be cool to pay note to the acronyms created by everyone's suggestions, because that may also be a consideration. For instance:

Rhythm Action Damashii, RAD
abbr. RAD Fest maybe? Kinda lame, but just an example.
