It's been a pretty busy week and TGS hasn't even started yet!

Anyways, a few new things popped up today. The first of which was posted up by Setzer in his livejournal. The back of the box for pop'n music 13 CARNIVAL CS was revealed, and under the CS songlist, Butterfly (DELACTION REMIX) is listed. YES, IT IS THE SMILE.DK BUTTERFLY. It's actually a pretty good remix, check out the preview on Setzer's livejournal. Now here's hoping the note chart is fun.

The next bit was originally posted on gameindustry.biz. Guitar Hero has been confirmed for an XBox 360 release (depsite being reported months ago) with potential other multiplatform releases within the next year. The statement from Activision CEO Robert Kotick was that "Guitar Hero will appear on all significant platforms". What platforms are going to be considered significant? PS3 is a pretty good guess, but I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Wow, I wonder if any other songs from the Hime Trance line of CD's will end up in Bemani. There is actually some pretty good stuff in there, and this will definately be interesting to see in Pop'n!

WOWOWOW! The Delaction remixes are always top-notch! Butterfly is no exception.

It's kinda like Psyche Planet-V. I think they are more suited for IIDX (even though I like playing pop'n better). It is, however, awesome!

Geeze. I really look forward to hearing NEW music on CS releases. This now makes 5 CS songs for Carnival that aren't completely original to the mix. I'm sure I'll enjoy playing them anyway, but enough with the crossovers already and licensed songs already!!!

y3v0n did a very good file of butterfly (delaction remix) as far as DDR simulation goes if anyone's interested on that front.
