Come As You Are is easily the weakest song Nirvana ever recorded for consumer ears. Smells Like Teen Spirit is a good song, but really, that whole album is overproduced. Heart-Shaped Box is a much better pick than either of those, but if Harmonix was going to go out of their way to pick a song from In Utero, they should have gone with a song with a better guitar part, like Scentless Apprentice or (my personal favorite) Serve the Servants.

Either way, though, it doesn't matter, 'cuz it's going to be a shiity butchered cover.

well the even rats song in GH1 is quite long, although I still think sidewinder is.

Actually, you know what this game needs? A big ass grind/mathcore medley. Then it would have something really really awesome over Guitar Freaks (which does, granted, have Panasonic Youth). Give me some Locust and Daughters and we would be good to go.

All the songs in every Guitar Hero will more or less be long. It's just how they do.

I think it's lame and should be cut down alittle, waiting for people to finish songs in Best Buy makes me mad

And the Nirvana song could have been the cliche Smells Like Teen Spirit. Heart Shaped Box was a far better choice. Come As You Are ain't even in the hypothetical running.

Freezepop and Harmonix are like Naoki and Konami. They're inseparable.
As long as Kasson Crooker's part of Harmonix staff, that won't be changing either, and I'm not complaining.

New songs look awesome. I would've preferred Bat Country by Avenged Sevenfold(which I think is the song you're referring to, blahmn), but I'm sure they had their reasons. You can guarantee the GH team know what guitar chords are most fun for the game's purposes.
