Can't submit simfiles

Everytime I try to submit a simfile, I always get this "permission denied" instead of "Your simfile has been submitted, click here to return" screen.

Is this one of the results of the server downtime?

I wonder if this affects me only, because I saw a sim that has just been submitted today. Does this affect anyone else as well?

I got "Thanks: No file uploaded" instead of "Thanks: You earned 20 tokens..." so this is apparently a problem.

EDIT:

One simfile = OK.
The other one I'm submitting = Permission denied again.

Something has happened? I noticed there was a short server downtime after all has been fixed.
