well i hope that this time i am posting in the right thread, if not i am sorry.

anyways i would like to make my own tracks can anyone help me on the way?

If yes, then Simfile creation Tutorial. Click it.

If you're talking about actually creating music, then get an electric piano with a "record" function. Have fun. (vomit)
