Every time you post, your IP address is recording. Every website does it.

If you really don't want to be banned, email keith@bemanistyle.com and try to explain yourself better.

And you did make 7 posts, one was probably made in a forum which doesn't add to your post count. If you do a search for your posts, you will see there are 7 of them.
