I've got an unusual question

When I was looking for a simfile, I found out an uploaded sim of a known banned user (Beatdown, I think). I thought the banned user's simfiles would be removed or something when they do get permanently banned.

nope. they don't. the simfiles stay there even a user is banned or infraction banned
