Issues about the DJMAX content

I was reading the infractions/warnings forum, and I noticed that TougaKiryuu gave an infraction to an user for sharing the PC DJMAX files...

I feel I need to argue on this, for the following reasons:

- The game isn't produced anymore (until NeoWiz decides to relaunch it... something that for now is unknown).
- The individual .pak files were available in direct download from the official sites (while they existed).

At least from my point of view, no damage is done by sharing those files now that it's impossible to get them via the "legal" way.

EDIT: being a bit radical about it, they aren't more illegal than official IIDX BMS (something that's widely shared and not frown upon).

if you can get me the user's name, I'll reverse the infraction. We have to go through and update the simfile forum rules quite a bit. I think given the events of the past year or 2, they're extremely out of date.
