I have no clue why because its not the computer.
But its unbarable to play this way.
Total PC setup:
1x MSI P7N SLI Platinum
1x Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16 GHz, 1333 MHz, 6 MB, Boxed
2x Asus GeForce EN8800GT 1024 MB, PCI-e 16x
1x Tagan TG600-BZ PipeRock 600 Watt, 20+24 Pins, 80 Plus Rating
1x NZXT Apollo Zwart, Geen Voeding
2x OCZ Memory Vista Performance Gold Edition DC 4096 MB, PC6400, 800 MHz, 5, Kit Of 2
2x WD HDD Raptor X 150 GB, 10.000 Rpm, 16 MB, S-ATA/150
I tried putting all settings low high middle etc.
Adjusted framerate etc.
BTW if I put refresh to 150 the Fps does not get higher then 61.
Anyone got any idea's?

Alternately, you may have to adjust your global offset or get a better keyboard. Probably just try changing your offset.

Its not my keyboard since that has to do with reactionspeed but the screen is the thing that is lagging.

It's probably enough but I bet it's getting taxed out the ass. I think min. requirements for a standard 8800GT running under SLI mode is 450W. With all that put together, I'd wonder how your voltages are reading regardless. I'd also wonder what you've got to cool that processor of yours.
Conversely, I'm running a lesser 1.8GHz (soon 2.2 GHz once I change out the processor) dual-core system under a 450W PSU with a RADEON X1550 backing it. It works but the -12V is showing a bit low at -7.6V constantly. Don't ever seem to have problems running it under XP Pro SP3, however, and I can usually get the same FPS as my refresh. You should be getting 150FPS with 150Hz refresh but only if you're running it in full-screen mode. If your refresh rate is defaulted on your graphics card to 60Hz on whatever res you're running, you're only going to get 60FPS or so in windowed mode. Also, if 150Hz isn't supported on that card (HAH, doubt that) then you'll have this issue as well.
I'm posed to stand with Touga on the Vista argument, if that's what you're running. I've heard the same amount of complaints as well, which is why I don't run Vista even with dual-booting. However, I'd wonder if you've even tried updating the graphics drivers to see if that may help you out at all or if you just flat out installed it with the stock drivers without updating at all. I did get a bit of a performance boost when I did that to mine, so this might not be too much different. 8800GTs aren't necessarily new anymore when 9900s are out this month so the stock drivers may not necessarily be up to par.

That's all I could say here.
