Not that it's a big deal or anything but in users avatar/user profile picture it says:

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

I interpreted it meaning if it's larger than 100x100 pixels but smaller than 19.5KB, it's okay to have. Other people could do the same and be disappointed. Could be changed to "and" instead of "or" ?

Anyway, not a big deal just thought I'd throw it out there.
