Hello everyone, I'd like to ask a question about the uploading content of your site.
I have already made the graphics and steps for the song -EXIST- sung by Kugimiya Rie () but when I try to compress it, it never goes under 10.2 MB (and that's without the graphics). Am I allowed upload the zipfile without the music (just the DWI and Banner, BG, and CD Title) and provide a link where they can download the required MP3 using a file hosting service? (In this case, FileLodge)
What is the bitrate of the sound file? If it's higher than 192, change the bitrate of the MP3 to at least 128. Try converting it to OGG. It has better quality with a small filesize
What is the image format? PNG? Try switching to JPG
