Questions about ITG matters

Well, I've looked around in the ITG forum, and I have a pair of questions...

1.- Looking at some of Dark Coz's posts... is there a written rule that forbids talking about mDaWg's ITG2PC? I don't see one, and in case it would exist, IMO there wouldn't be enough reasonable arguments to support it <.<

2.- Why are ITG simfile requests still forbidden? I mean, the game has been long since discontinued...

In this case, ITG2 PC by mDaWg was incredibly buggy for r9, which was the revision in 2007. I've gotten "Access Violations" sometimes when a roll is played and the editor is glitched up more often than not. But other than that, this build contains the works of ITG PC, with the cracked songs, stepcharts, BGAs, and themes for ITG1 and ITG2. Finally, with OpenITG reaching Beta build, it makes mDaWg's build obsolete. How come mDaWg's forums is broken anyways?

It's not forbidden, ITG simfiles belong to the Simulation section.

Incredibly, there's a lot of people that still use it. For example, a friend uses it in his laptop (Acer 5730Z) since OpenITG, unexplainably, crashes on it.

2.- LOL, you're right. The "Stop asking for ITG simfiles!" thread's title is misleading, then. IMO it should be "Stop asking for ITG simfiles in this forum" or something like that....

EDIT: Okay, the thread in the ITG forum didn't change, but going to the thread changed the title name. I wonder if this forum is glitched or something? Ed, can the displayed title name when browsing the forum change at all?
