Hey guys,
I haven't been active on the site for a long time, with the last bit of activity really being about 10 months ago. I randomly check the frontpage to see what the news is, but I rarely have done anything else in the past year.
So when I found out on Sunday when checking the main page that I received an infraction, I was shocked to say the least.
The reason for my infraction was:
[Assigned by TougaKiryuu] "when you check that little box, read what it says first. That wasn't good criticism."
Umm huh?
When looking at the other 3 infractions also given out by TougaKiryuu before my infraction, it appears that he was giving out infractions for poor simfile comments?

I have not been in the sim database for, I can't even remember it's been a long time. So needless to say, I have no idea what I'm being accused of.
I sent TougaKiryuu a PM on Sunday asking for an explanation to why I was assigned one. He has been on the forums two separate days since my message was sent, but I have received no reply so I am now posting here.
I am requesting that the infraction be removed for several reasons.
1) There is no evidence of what I'm accused of.
2) I haven't been given a response to why the infraction was issued.
3) The infraction had to be on a comment that is at least 10+ months old. Why are infractions being handed out to 10+ month old comments?
4) My infraction was for "flaming"? If anything, I probably said a simfile wasn't that good. That's
not flaming.
5) Had this infraction actually been deserved (which I highly doubt), the time that the infraction should have been assigned would have been ages ago, and the infraction would have already expired.
Only 1 out of the 4 "simfile comment infractions" TougaKiryuu gave actually quote or reference the post the infraction was given for. Right now, it's just his word that these people said something wrong.
Not only is this not very professional, it's disrespectful to the site users to receive infractions without explanations to how they broke it, nor a warning that what they are doing might be breaking a rule.
Even though I'm not as active, I still consider myself to be part of this site, as I have had a long history here. I hope that this can quickly be corrected. Thanks.
