Are there any songs which are good for practicing these kinds of patterns? I've tried Basic Sotto, and even then I had some trouble maintaining it.

Some people think it may be easier to go "RLR LRL RLR LRL", but trust me, in most cases, you want to do "RLR RLR RLR RLR". (Although NGS might be a rare case where you might want to handle it differently, because of those odd HHHSSs that pop up.)
Anyway, a good practice might be "On Our Way". The second half has a lot of triplets, although it's a bit tricky because a few of them end in doubles. It's a good speed though.

For right lead, it will be RLR RLR RLR. A good way to maintain your tempo is to hit the R with slightly more force than your L, so that you can sort distinguish the rate of your hitting.

-If you want the inverted version (a la Rolling1000toon adv), try Newspaper and Carnival Day adv.
-Once you think you're pretty good with these types of rolls, test yourself with Tamayura ><
Sorry I can't give you easier songs, but try these in the future when you're better at them.

Back when I really sucked ~ 2 years ago, it took me like 2 weeks to get that tom pattern down with autobass on.

Or Taratta Dance. Not a lot of triplets, but there are some.
Or My Friend. Quite a difficult song i say.
