changing song difficulty, sorting songs etc. on V4?

alright, tomorrow I've finally got some time to go to the arcade that has a drummania V4 machine, AND a guitar freaks V4 machine, and I already know how to change the modifiers, and song difficulty on drummania V4, but I'm not sure how to sort songs on DMV4 OR how to change difficulty, modifiers or sort songs on guitar freaks V4.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to sort songs and whatnot on guitar freaks so I don't waste $10 just figuring out how to move down the song reel.

As long as it hasn't changed, hitting Green three times increases speed by one increment, holding green while turning the effect knob changes sort type, pick green green pick changes between guitar/bass/open, holding green and picking twice changes difficulty, and getting to the mod select screen is the easiest way to change other stuff which you do by holding start after you select a song.

All true, except for Green x3; that brings up the Play Style menu during Song Select now.

Theres a good chance the effector knob might be broken. Theres a nifty new trick in GFV4. To do song sort, press in order Red, Green, Blue, then pick twice to sort the songs.. (useful for me since our knobs are broken =^.^=)

nah, the 2 knobs at replay were fine, unfortunately, on the player one side, the strap was broken so my hands hurt, then I switched to player 2 side and the blue fret is pretty flimsy, meh, at least they've got high quality drummania pads and sticks.

I was not aware of this.. would have come in handy, as our machine has had a broken knob for quite some time.

Wasn't that the high speed mod for the original GF? I could never forget those codes.

Haha yeah it was, I almost forgot about that...it was high speed code for a long time on GF actually. The new play style menu (g-g) took a while to get used to though.
