Converting drumxtreme/guitar hero controllers for GFDM

I just wondered if anyone knew any tutorials for modding a drumxtreme for use on the ps2, building your own drummania kit, or modding a guitar hero controller for GF.

I know I've seen a tutorial for the GH/GF mod before but I can't seem to find it now.

If no-one knows of any tutorials can you at least tell me what the buttons configs for GF and DM controllers are and whether they need any buttons held down to be recognised as those controllers.

If you can't mod:

Here's what you do to make a GH controller work with GF.
In the button config for GF, map these inputs to these buttons with a regular controller:
Red - O
Green - /\ (you will use the yellow fret on the GH controller for Green)
Blue - X
Pick - Up and Down
Wailing - L2

Because the GH controller holds down left all the time, you will have to swap the GH controller with a regular DualShock controller whenever you are selecting songs or modes.
