Default Dm Arcade Drumset

I have recently come across a Drummania arcade drumset. Just the drums. No cabinet. Is there any tutorials out there about how to mod the output of each pad? perhaps to usb? Also, how do you change out the pad on each drum and hook up the wiring properly? Any help is appreciated and I'm willing to try most anything but the cheaper the better lol. I can post pics if needed.

Right... So is there an easy way to mod the outputs?

If it's a DTXplorer, then it should have a drum brain that the pads plug into. From the drum brain, you use a Yamaha UX16 Midi->USB adapter and plug it into your PS2 (Or PC for DTXMania). There should be no configuration necessary if you're playing a PS2 copy.

But if you're talking about the physical arcade drum cabinet, I'm guessing the only similarity between that and the DTXplorer are the pads.

Thank you for your help. It is unfortunately the actual arcade drum set ripped from a DM machine. I'll see what the similarities are between the two and hopefully work something out.

Why would anyone do such a thing ; ;

You should sell the pads to an arcade that needs them and get a DTXplorer
