I'm just curious...I've been wondering which Drummania songs are the "most" in different categories (e.g. fastest, most chaotic, etc)...

So yeah, which Drummania song is/has the:

1) fastest hi-hat (with one hand)?
2) fastest snare roll?
3) most chaotic?
4) most bass-pedal intensive?
5) least bass-pedal intensive?
6) most overrated (level-wise)?
7) most underrated (level-wise)?
8 ) most underplayed?
9) most "out-of-place" in Drummania?
10) worst musically?
11) best musically?
12) most favored song (at least in the GF/DM community)?

2) fastest snare roll: No idea as of now... Timephase II?
3) most chaotic: Konokono, L100, DD series, or Panasonic south
4) most bass-pedal intensive: Panasonic youth (and any high level songs)
5) least bass-pedal intensive: Ai no Shirushi
6) most overrated (level-wise): Rewrite ADV
7) most underrated (level-wise)? "Burning field"ADV
8 ) most underplayed:Akai Suzu
8a ) most overplayed: DRAGON BLADE
9) most "out-of-place" in Drummania: Ai no Shirushi
10) worst musically: None.
11) best musically: Anything from Asaki.
12) most favored song (at least in the GF/DM community): no idea. For me it's anything from Asaki.

11) best musically: Tsuminagara...to kanojo haifu (over 200 play count in my iPod LOL)
12) most favored song (at least in the GF/DM community): Tsuminagara...to kanojo haifu, Konoko no nanatsu no oiwaini, sanagi, Gekko chou, plastic imitations, r.p.m.RED, under control, onihime, Die Zauberflöte, shun teki ai uta (JET LOVE) [and none of them is Dragon Blade]

I guess most of you don't play some of the less popular songs, but that's usually where all the "extremes" are.

1) fastest hi-hat (with one hand)? (not including parts less than 4 notes).
1. Believe or not, it's Used to Rock n'Roll - the Hihat/Cymbal roll at the end is 16th notes at 150BPM (=1.5x the speed of FSW).
2. Herring Roe: some sections force you to play the HH with 1 hand (16th notes at 135BPM)
*The fastest "regular" pattern that forces you to use 1 hand on the HH is under control (8th notes at 210BPM)

2) fastest snare roll?
1. Desert Rose. The fill 2/3 into the song has 32nd notes at 118BPM (equivalent to 16th notes at 236BPM)
2. 君のとなりに・・・ 223BPM
3. Orbital Velocity: 220BPM

3) most chaotic?
Depends on how you define "chaotic". But I think most people will argue the Least 100 seconds have some of the most random "patterns". DD4 is a close second.

4) most bass-pedal intensive?
1. Panasonic Youth: 451 bass notes (3.55 notes/sec)
2. onihime: 388 bass notes (3.21 notes/sec)
3. FSW: 375 bass notes (3.50 notes/sec)

5) least bass-pedal intensive?
For a basic song: ~Haru~Spring: (1)
Extreme song: I'll Remember You (30)

The rest are subjective categories... I'll leave those for u guys to debate.

#4 (most bass intensive): Black Sheep EXT and Monster Tree EXT. Those two wear out my right leg every time I play one of those songs.

#9: The most out of place song in GF/DM is Mad Blast.

Drum pattern wise, Onihime. It has pretty much has every pattern type, and no main pattern to go back to.


4) most bass-pedal intensive?
Family Restaurant Bomber


5) least bass-pedal intensive?
Any song with autobass. :3 hur hur hur


6) most overrated (level-wise)?
Akai Suzu EXT


9) most "out-of-place" in Drummania?
Anything J-pop.


10) worst musically?
Jaaaaaaaaayyy-paaaaaaaawwwwppp

-Fastest high hat which occurs continuously in a song is Herring Roe, 16th at 135 bpm.

-Fastest snare roll would probably be Gekkocho or Departure.

-Most Chaotic I would say TL100s, then Over there and 3rd being Children's sketchbook

-Most bass pedal intensive would probably be FSW or Departure, as far as consistent beat bass pedal goes. Chaotic Bass pedal award goes to Daydream 1st and under control 2nd probably.

-Least bass pedal intensive for its difficulty I would say Tamayura

-Overrated, I would say Centaur, 93 -> should be more like 79 or 80

-Underrated Hikari he 49 -> 60, Sunday Driver (song by wild spyke) 73 -> 82

-Most underplayed song = daydream for a good reason. I wish more people will play impulse of Blue and Sunday Driver

-Out of Place? What does that mean? I guess if you mean the song that is like far from the general song genre of DM songs, I'd guess Cachaca is out of trend. I haven't heard any song of that flavor in any of the other DM songs. (Yes I have heard every single DM song at least once.)

-Worst musically... Mad Blast, Under Control, Panasonic Youth

-Best Musically, Any song by Hirofumi sasaki, but I'd go with TPII and Departure (Departure was composed by Hirofumi Sasaki)

-Most favored song? Taiesetsu na mono, Dragon blade and rewrite are embraced with open arms and legs by noobs. Within the pros at AI, Passion is played quite frequently.
