Default How to get Extra Stage/Encore Stage/Premium Encore Stage

I knew we were missing a topic.

If someone still got the grade scale for Extra, Encore and Premium Encore for GF/DM (from 6.0) post them.

Make this one a sticky.

In GF8DM7, it only says Mikeneko Rock is the unlocked for ES one. Since I haven't tried GF8DM7 yet, is going to Tsuminagara...to kanojo haifu (aka She Said) the same way as going to Mikeneko Rock?

ALSO! There might be a kind of certain percentage of perfect in an S that effects your Extra stage selection in GFdmV AC. My basis is that everytime I play GFdmV, I get S,S,A, (and even Triple S), but I only get to choose Onihime as an extra stage.

GF8DM7 has 2 play modes that has extra stage: Standard and Bonus Track(long ver). Extra for standard is Mikeneko, and She said... for bonus.

AFAIK, DMV always has the 3 "red" extra stages song available as long as you hit the extra stage requirements, unlike dm10 which is more strict with the your per song rankings.

Yeah, those there are as follows

Onihime
ancient breeze
White tornado

But for some reason, only onihime pops up for my extra stage...
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

^ Some guesses:

(a) You may somehow have the first two unlocked, which means they would appear at their usual places even on extra song.

(b) You may not be on default sort. It automatically chooses Onihime as the selected song, but if, for example, you're on difficulty sort, you'll need to scroll to the right place to find the other two.

Hm... Next time I go to the arcade, I'll check the sort.

I don't think it's the sort though, even when I kept at at default sort, it still happened...

I was actually thinking about merging this into the codes thread, just to keep the number of stickies down. But oh well, not like one more could hurt.

And TTR, this is happening to you at AI? o_o;; That's crazy talk, I've never seen anyone get an extra stage without all three red stages. I'll check it out next time I go, though.

Does anyone remember the exact requirements for the extra stages in GF2?

All I know is that Magic Music Magic is the extra stage in Normal, King G is the extra stage in Expert and there is no extra stage in High Speed Edition. I have no idea if there's an extra stage in Extreme+.
