Some crazy fucker there, forgot his name, was just three or four letters, came in with his girlfriend (smoking of course haha) and he put in his e-amuse card.
He had 98-99% on EVERY SONG IN THE GAME (this was Drummania V) and on a good half or so he had the ranking "FULL" which i'm guessing means all perfects. He played the least 100 seconds and annhilated it, got a miss or two but good lord. i was in shock. | Just a nitpick, it's actually "MAX", and not "FULL". I don't know how these two words can be linked, except by a very thin line.
And my bad for not reading closely. From your tone it sounded like you didn't see anybody better than you. Probably my own shortcomings of speed reading.
Either way, there will always be a "small amount" of the top players in each corresponding arcade. It's just how such "ranking" works.
I don't know, maybe I'm just spouting nonsense, but that's all I've got to say I guess. 48 hours of non-sleep is fun.

This is probably where the confusion over the naming came about. At least, this is my assumption.
Anyhow, I'll hop down to the 'cade today and check up on that.

A Full Combo means having no Poors and no Misses. (100% on Perfects, Greats, and Goods tallied, and 0 on Poors and Misses tallied)
An SS means a Full Combo, in addition to having no Goods. (100% on Perfects and Greats tallied, and 0 on Goods, Poors and Misses tallied)
A MAX aka EXCELLENT means an SS, in addition to having to having no Greats. (100% Perfects. 0 for the rest)
*edit* Ok, I just read over what I wrote...sorry if it sounds "DUH"-ish
