Additionally, if you have e-Amusement enabled on your machine, your mods can be saved if you use the configuration menu before you go into the Mode Select screen.

Extra and Encore stages can be obtained with Auto-Bass as well. The catch with using Auto-Bass is that the game won't put up your high score on the top 10 score list.
