GFDM V unlock question.

I think this has been asked before.... sorry

I'm at 90% completion, and there are 2 more ?????? labeled songs if I go to record, but it seems as if the unlock roullte casino thing won't unlock any more songs.

Can anyone tell me how to get those last 2 songs? I am guessing 1 of them is Breakdown which equals 30 hours of song play time (does playtime on Free mode count, by the way) and I have no idea how to get the 2nd one.

I guess what I really want to know is can I stop playing arcade mode?

Breakdown and Homesick Pt.2&3 must be unlocked either by time release or by having other BEMANI save files on your memory card.

I believe Breakdown requires a save of DDR STRIKE, and Homesick Pt.2&3 requires a save of Pop'n Music 12 Iroha.

Using time unlock, Breakdown requires 30 hours of game play (time in menus/song selection/etc. doesn't count.), while Homesick requires 30 1/2. Time doesn't accumulate if the roulette is on, so be sure to turn it off if you're actually going to try this method.

There are plenty of threads on attempting time unlock if you just search the forum

If you can get save files from your PC to your memory card, there should be save files on gfaqs. Otherwise you'll have to just get the games.

correction -- Break Down/Homesick are unlocked with 30 and 30.5 hours (respectively with the minigame OFF

I'm fairly sure that's the case, because it took me like, forever to get those two songs...

k thx. That's kind of lame that it takes you to 90% I'll have to turn gitadochank off, though (since I have no more use for it). Does time spent in Free mode count, or does no one know this? I hate going through all the menus in Arcade mode.

time spent in free mode counts; i turned it off and grinded free mode until i got the songs XD

looking back, Break Down's notechart was pretty fun

You rule. I wish there was a way to check your hours of progress, but whenever I turn on V, it's going to be Free Mode!

I've now unlocked everyting in V and V2. Yay.
