'Closed-minded' and 'selective' are not equivalent.
Closed-minded would mean refusing to listen to any of the new songs, regardless of their quality.

But it can also mean dismissing an entire mix just because of a few songs. I find it hard to believe that someone finds enough of the new songs to be bad to merit that the "entire mix sucks". That is what I am getting at.

In other news, Walnut is pretty good. People need to stop hating on this mix. Sure the licenses are a little lacking, but they probably blew most of that money on TtFaF. The in-house stuff is as solid as ever.

I'll get right on that when the vast majority of the mix is no longer mediocre to me. I mean, really... are the good songs in this mix truly good or are they just good compared to the other songs in the mix? Will any of these "good" songs be ones we'll even care to play three or four mixes down the line? For me, I think V6 is kinda hit-or-miss. Some songs are good (such as Wana, S.T.A.R.S, Karma, Fuujin Kumo Ryuuden, 1/n, TTFAF, those visual-kei licenses, etc.) while others don't (Driven Shooter (well kinda), some songs in kanji etc.).
To each his own, I guess.

What happened to the Random mod in DM V6 anyway?

I'm kinda with Jinx - there's only a few songs I can see myself playing much of in future mixes. It's not a great mix. (comments based on non e-amuse version of course).
