My thinking is that "RIO" is a second name for "Riyu".. the other 2-man team from HK that abuses multiple players and machine unplugging to rape battle mode rankings. Will ask my HK friend to confirm.

I just realized that S.T.A.R.S was in Engrish after seeing the OST Booklet. Also 98 is Koezuka, 96, and some guy named 02.

And 96 is part of the RR Band, I think, based on the staff listing for She's The Bug in the booklet.

Since the Blazing Championship event runs on through the middle of the month, we're probably not going to see everything unlocked on the next Extra Level up. Kind of hoping there's still a few things in store that Konami plans to have unlocked.
