Ok, I know the song now. It's the 2nd ED for Death Note (I knew the title for it, but Adult Swim translated it, which is why I didn't recoginize it here). I thought the song title was a band.....I don't recall hearing it was by Maximum The Hormone (who did both the 2nd ED & OP for Death Note).

With this, the WORLD, and Sousei no Aquarion, there's some licenses I'll be playing a bit, but Zetsubou Billy better be a fun track to play or else it won't feel right.
