akira's songs are pretty much for thinkers. they have some kind of special element to it for us to understand... interesting stuff he makes.

nono, I like Akira Yamaoka's singing voice, except when he did Moon (Sun Mix). That was absolutely terrifying, yet amusing at the same time.

OK, and Lesson 5 isn't that bad...but her English is still atrocious. Really, how hard is it to sing in her damn native language rather than butchering English?

I always wonder about that myself: why do Japanese bother singing in English when their pronunciation isn't that great(or even existant)? I would think that it's just the people that write the songs think it should be done in English. I read an interview with another band that did this, and he said that certain things couldn't be expressed in Japanese, which is why he used English.

...even though majority of the time us English listeners have no idea what these lyrics mean.

Because it's cool to sing in English. Nothing more than that.

i know these songs are too old now but it will be great if they should include all of the exclusive songs from the past CS's this time with the likes of jet-g crew and the surf coaster's happy easter! (although the notes are so monotonous but it's one of my faves).

I don't know what everyone has against Engrish. 99% of music has terrible lyrics anyway, so what's wrong with lyrics that make little sense? I'd take Calvero by the pillows over most coherent music.

C'mon, how about Black Sheep?! It'd be a great revival, considering it's RockXInfinity...

It would've been better if V5 will have a double bass feature. I wanna see how Leaving All Behind, Famires Bomber, Black Sheep, and Mad Blast are played in double bass...sigh!

Unfortunately, the bolded don't have any chance of revival anymore.

I'd like to double-bass \ShinchoushinTION\ though.

It wasn't?

...now that I think about it, it does sound different.

Still sounds nasty English anyway.

I should stop posting half-awake.
