Well look at what happened with IIDX. I recall them having to wait really long just for 7th style CS to come out awhile ago. So yeah, I think people should just hold out a bit longer. If it's a new arcade system Konami is dealing with I'm sure it isn't an easy feat porting it over.

(I was thinking though, if the new IIDX/pop'n releases aren't having a hard time coming out, why Gitadora? Are they the only ones using this new software? Are the new IIDX/pop'n releases actually delayed?)

They switched to BemaniPC quite a while ago as I understand it, right? GF/DM is like the *last* series to switch.

DDR was the last. SN2 IIRC still ran off of PS2 hardware.

I bet that they're getting DDR X & DJ Troopers CS out of the way so they can work on V4 CS & Pop'n 15 CS.

Perhaps we'll get lucky & since that they're taking so long, we'll get V5 & Pop'n 16 preview songs.

where having a save game from each on your card unlocked something in each game

Even if it wasn't delayed, Konami won't release V4 CS at the earliest until 2009, following the release of TROOPERS CS and DDR X JP CS. They don't really do simultaneous Bemani releases anymore in the arcades or its home ports.

V3 CS sold fairly poorly, if I remember.

So I don't see why people should get panicky if it gets delayed by only a few months

pop'n 15 CS has been delayed by nearly a year now. Like I said, Konami could be doing a pop'n 15 to GFDM V4.

Well yeah...............

But it still won't matter if Konami mentions that the game will come out.

Heck IMHO, I think the only time for fans and buyers to get panicky is when after ONE FULL YEAR, the game is still not released (sorta like BM IIDX 7th style PS2).

Only then would the uncertainty begin

maybe konami will release v4 n v5 in once game since its the end of the 5th year anneriversary new series will be gfdm X if they goin with 10yr anniversary

They havent even announced Popn17 yet
maybe they are going back to the days when the CS release was always 2 mixes behind AC

V4 should be announced by the time V5 has Extra Rush 13 :P

I hope when you say that.

You're not meaning that they combine it into one single game for the PS2.

I dunno..........I just don't think it would work well that way.

Hopefully when V4 does get released, Konami releases a better LE since V3 wasn't so impressive.
