Well look at what happened with IIDX. I recall them having to wait really long just for 7th style CS to come out awhile ago. So yeah, I think people should just hold out a bit longer. If it's a new arcade system Konami is dealing with I'm sure it isn't an easy feat porting it over.
(I was thinking though, if the new IIDX/pop'n releases aren't having a hard time coming out, why Gitadora? Are they the only ones using this new software? Are the new IIDX/pop'n releases actually delayed?)

DDR was the last. SN2 IIRC still ran off of PS2 hardware.

I bet that they're getting DDR X & DJ Troopers CS out of the way so they can work on V4 CS & Pop'n 15 CS.

Even if it wasn't delayed, Konami won't release V4 CS at the earliest until 2009, following the release of TROOPERS CS and DDR X JP CS. They don't really do simultaneous Bemani releases anymore in the arcades or its home ports.
V3 CS sold fairly poorly, if I remember. | |

But it still won't matter if Konami mentions that the game will come out.
Heck IMHO, I think the only time for fans and buyers to get panicky is when after ONE FULL YEAR, the game is still not released (sorta like BM IIDX 7th style PS2).
Only then would the uncertainty begin

They havent even announced Popn17 yet
maybe they are going back to the days when the CS release was always 2 mixes behind AC
V4 should be announced by the time V5 has Extra Rush 13 :P
