Default GuitarFreaks DrumMania Audio Problems?

Hey again, I have another question.

So I just got my PS2 in today and I popped in my new copy of Gold to try out with my DTX 2.0 (I ended up not getting a DD) and I noticed that the audio only channels through the RIGHT speaker. I thought it was just my cables, but I checked and it wasn't. To be sure, I popped in V1, and the same thing- audio only through the right channel.

Is this default or is there something wrong? The games are legit, everything runs fine too, just the audio goes ONLY through the right channel. This isn't happening with my other games - just the GuitaDoras.

Thanks ahead of time, and be on the look out - I'll be putting a brand new DrumMania KOC up for sale soon!

The entire game channels through the right speaker? I know a lot of my game channels off the left speaker (which is screwed up on my TV), I think it's from me using 1P guitar and drum...Have you checked your Sound settings?

Yeah, I know that the guitars channel to the left and right for 1P and 2P. The drums channel both. I've checked the sound settings and messed around with them and it's the same thing. Sound only on the right.

For now I'll consider the component cables a POSSIBLE problem, so I'll try and see how it works out with some other cables, but I highly doubt it since my other games sound fine.

Probably a stupid answer, but make sure your T.V. isn't set to Mono or I don't know if Gold did have a Mono setting you might want to check that.

Gold will have a mono setting. One the the TVs that I play on only has 1 set of speakers. I don't get any drum sounds at all when playing DM if it isn't set on mono.

did you set the sound settings right?
cause the sound setting left to right is using 1 2 3 4 5 which is 1 stands for left and 5 stands for right
sorry for stupid question but this strange settings sometimes make us confuse with level of sound (volume)

if not, check your tv settings just like megamanny said..

how strange..
