Total Tokens: 9,965.44 Donate Tokens | GuitarFreaks Single Finger Crossovers Just trying to get some information, but. I know this might sound easily stupid for someone who can do 75- songs.
For example on Riff Riff Paradise right when you get into the fire part of the song there is a series of key presses you switch back and forth from red to green a few times then green to blue a few times.
I ALWAYS fuck up here and cannot even get past the song because I mess up each and everytime and frankly it's pissing me off.
Does anyone else have this same problem with patterns like those? I just cannot seem to get them. I can't see what the problem is.

Easier example would be a series of key presses involving red then green then blue. Your crossing over from one finger to the other Index to red, middle to blue and ring to green.
Maybe I didn't word it so right.

Weird timing isn't a problem for me, speed isn't a problem for me, length isn't a problem for me...switching is the 800-pound gorilla, and for many, many songs the #1 reason I can't clear it.
Eh. Whaddya gonna do? It's Guitar Freaks. It's supposed to rock you.

For novices: Agnus Dei (ADV -- and free stream-pick practice, too!), Gently, the rain sings for me (ADV), most Terra/BeForU songs (ADV), Die Zauberflote (ADV), 蛹 (ADV), 月光蝶 (ADV), model DD7 (ADV -- yeah, it's not really that hard)
For advanced players: You can't do it if you try (EXT), Panasonic Youth (ADV), ハンサム兄弟メードインジャパン (ADV), any song with mid-speed stream-picking (such as 明鏡止水 or カゴノトリ) on super random (ADV), TPP2, concertino, 鬼姫, 子供の落書き帳, Herring Roe (all ADV),
I also suggest turning on Random mode to speed up the learning process

(you can't see it because they're lined up, but it's basically switching back and forth from the left two, and then the right two. One side, other side, one side, other side, etc.)
blah! both of my finers can't move that fast. I've tried leaving my middle finger down, and just changing the outside two, which works, but it doesnt' really feel natural. Everyone struggles with different odd (and sometimes simple to others) things. That one is mine.

But I got better and hit things like that nearly perfect. Best thing I can tell you is to play Random or Super Random on steady paced songs as it gives you a good amount of those like For the Future on V2.
