Has anyone got a maxdrive savefile for v3 with all the songs unlocked.
I'm too lazy to do it myself.

yes unless you can only pass stuff on basic the game takes no time to unlock

Some of the titles listed on the link Louie gave are insane... 100 wins in battle mode? -_-ll

Edit: and a few are simply unobtainable if you don't have both GF and DM... you need to kick ass at both guitarz and drums to do a full unlock. -_-

Titles are for your betterment, not for unlocking. It's a testament to your skill and should be treated as such. Getting a file that has titles you haven't earned is pointless.

The songlist can be done in 3 hours, and since you're going to be playing the game anyway you should do it yourself.

As I was saying, the latest CS places a LOT of emphasis on being a well-rounded player. A lot of the titles (all 5 character-related ones) can't be obtained without being at least decent at both GF and DM. Moreover, unless you have a DTX/crapKOC or know someone who does, you won't be getting the Session title either.

No shit I'd want to unlock everything myself. That's the whole point of playing. Of course, there's no real need to do so; I just want my 100% (all those question marks in the "records" section bothers me, too). Remember GFDMMS? I didn't time-unlock that shit -- all roulette lol.

My complaint with V3CS is that 100% completion is impossible without external help. Damn konami, you're getting sneaky... ;3

as for me im still struggling on the second Jimmy Weckl Battle hs full combos jsut about any song that i pick

For Jimmy, I always set it to perfect battle, and hope to god he picks an easy song to combo (which is usually the case).

Like I said earlier, like how Opeth reiterated, and like how you seem to understand, titles are just to remind you how far you've come and mark what you've done up to a point. You shouldn't look at them as unlocks because they aren't meant to be viewed as such.

You don't have to type 3 paragraphs of things that we both already know. You seem to understand the concept of the titles, so theres no point in arguing about that.

What I'm saying is they aren't "unlocks," but markers of your skill and experience (even with other people).

i've never played before the CS version, but have anyone tried choosing a low level song in battlemode i.e lvl 30s? if the computer gives u a lvl 30s in return... heh. EXPLOIT EXPLOIT~ (well datz what happened to me for arcade version)

They typically pick songs based on level (B1, B2, A2, etc), than on what you pick.

You can basically pick anything, but the computer attempts to mimic the skill of a player at the level they say they are.

So, feasibly, a Level A2 player will be more likely to pass easier stuff than a C3 player for example. If you pick easier songs at higher levels of play, and still suck, the computer will beat you easily.

Battle mode is designed to get your skills up and better as you go along. Also, the higher your level, the more higher difficulty songs will become available for selection. There is an imposed level cap (like 50ish on B levels), and as you go along, that level cap raises higher and higher, until you finally have access to level 90+ songs.

arrr ok. cuz for my case, the computer chooses a song dat has a similar difficulty as what i chose (plus minus 5 lvls), so like if i choose something like lvl 40s, i could easily 97%P it... unless it was something with garbage timing/changing... e.g brazilian anthem guitar.

The dudes I play almost always pick 50-70. SS pick at most 80... seems a little broken

That's a really good estimate. But it seems that the players' skill points come 90% from their ability to FC a song as opposed to their P-rate... :p

Not complaining too much, though, because battle-mode isn't rigged and lame like V4's version... anyway, before I forget, titles on the next post

小覇王 - Clear all new songs on any difficulty

帝王 - Clear ALL songs on their highest difficulty
めばえ - Play in Practice Mode
ノンストップ伯爵 - Clear all default nonstop courses (Extra Rush courses exempt) on any difficulty
Level I - clear level 20 songs
Level II - clear level 40 songs
Level III - clear level 60 songs
Level IV - clear level 80 songs
LEVEL ∞ - clear the hardest song on the roster, FT2 Miracle Ver. GF players must clear OPEN version
LOVE & PEACE - clear all the love/passion-related songs on any difficulty
Session Mania - session a lot. CPU-controlled DM/GF don't count.

Achievements
573マン - Finish a song/course with 573 as your max combo (long songs and courses are OK)
鉄人 - Play for 10 days in a row (!!). Playing GF or DM both count; arcade mode and free mode is fine too.
道士 - "Play a lot" (haha)
ハザード総長 - Clear 30 songs (any difficulty) on hazard mode
傾奇者 - Clear a song with Dark and Hidden-Sudden on
CS初段 - Break 200SP
CS2段 - Break 400SP
CS3段 - Break 600SP
CS師範 - Break 800SP
CS免許皆伝 - Break 1000SP
GFDM - Play songs starting with G, F, D, and M. Must be done in arcade mode. Click here for a list of songs.
EX-HUNTER - Get a whole bunch of Extra Rush points at once (ie: play lots of hard songs)
