I'm confused.

Can "Feel The Breeze" and "Inside-Out" be unlocked without a password?

Does the "All Songs Unlocked" password unlock any other songs that can't be unlocked normally?

I haven't actually used it, but I don't think it does. I just figure we would have heard of any extra songs by now.

One last thing -- if you do your final battle on guitar, then the Master will pick whatever notechart you pick for your choice. If you pick GUI, their chosen song will be GUI; if you pick O, then their song will also be O. Keep that mind mind when you're choosing your song ;3

Does anyone know what the translations of the titles in Battle Mode are (& how to get them) & how to unlock the artists by themselves (meaning, not from a Special Battle where they have a Guitar or Drum).

BTW, who are the people that you fight (besides Jimmy & Izumi, I know who they are) & what songs did they do?

Most of them are either self-explanatory or just a random title (similar in nature to achievement names for any xbox 360 game). Click here for how to get each one. Here are some of the more interesting ones:

盃 - Cup used for alcoholic beverages (hard to resist the urge for a martini after listening to Jimmy's Joker)
任務完了 - Mission Accomplished
新人 - N00b
573マン - KONAMI man
鉄人 - Ironman
道士 - (GFDM) monk/priest
傾奇者 - Weird player (the "I like mods" achievement)(I know it's not "weird" :p)

Dunno who SATY and TINA are... I *think* that OHJI is one of the guitarists in Trick Trap, but I'm probably wrong.

You can't unlock the artists, just their avatar. I dunno why you'd want them, though... although I must admit, pink speed-3 Izumi is fun to watch XD

That's what I mean, the avatars. There's 5 different types:

By themselves (which I need)
Guitar
Bass
Drum
Final Battle (only beated the 1st one....)

For the achievements, does it matter what Mode I'm in to get them (i.e have to be in Battle)?

That's where the thread is located. You've already unlocked final battle, so you know what the selection looks like

The post detailing the unlocking tree (yes, you have to beat one before unlocking others) is on page 21.

On a slightly different topic,

I don't remember saying how much I like this game, so here it is: I just got started on GFDM V3. A bit late to the party, but V3 is not very time-sensitive. Anyway, I hate unlocking songs, and so I find it nice to have an optional 'unlock all' code; I just want to play the music. The only minor complaint is the announcer's voice which has sucked (to my American ears) since GF1. Not a big deal in Free mode.

V3 is definitely in the league with the best BEMANI home games to date, though how much depends on your taste for the music list; I'd give it a perfect '10' if it had a dozen more songs.

in all honesty if they included over there in V3 CS i would probably only boot up V2 CS for Tizona and rolling1000 toon

i think the original V has the best soundtrack for new songs overall

V2 has some fun revivals

the interface and battle mode of V3 trumps both IMO

I have to say that V3 didn't have as much unlocks, but its the most enjoyable CS today. Again, that just my taste in music so it could change. Battle mode has definitely upped the replay value exponentially and I hope it re-appears in the future mixes.

Seeing as I've got nothing else to do, a little review.

A.) Unlocking everything was TOO EASY. I mean, it took me about 3-4 hours, & I unlocked all the songs, including the V3 opening theme (but I played on EXT mostly w/ B's-S's). Stuff in Battle Mode & those Player Titles, however, are a nice touch or replay value.

B.) Revival list is mostly awesome since we got Classic Party Triathlon, Riff Riff Orbit, Lucky?Staff, Tierra Buena, Misirlou, Keiko My Love, O Jiya, & Wall Street Down-Sizer, but some were just "....why?" Fly High doesn't even have an Extreme on Drums! Also great that we got 4th/3rd Mix & older revivals (Lucky?Staff, Wanna Be Your Boy, Happy Man, Midnight Spe...wait, that song got annoying from DDR). Perhaps Jet World, Across The Nightmare, Cutie Pie, Fire, P.P.R, Centuar, Primal Soul, Classic Party 1 & 2, & Sea Anemones will have a chance of getting revived?

C.) Closest thing we'll get to a perfect Free Mode. I was kinda annoyed that when I exited out of the music select, it saved & went back to the main menu. Nice, but annoying when I wanted to switch to Guitar. Masterpiece Gold would've been great, but it saved after you played every song, so I had to switch Auto-Save off. If you can make it so it doesn't save after you play every song & hitting select on the music selection screen takes you to the controller screen, then it'll be perfect.

D.) It's either me from playing so much Masterpiece Silver & Gold, or it seems the game is.....easier. I mean, I've got about 9 more songs to clear on Extreme on drums. Guess I'll have to replay the MP games & find out.

E.) Not a whole bunch of "I really hate this song" songs (Whose idea was it to make a LONG version of Mr. Moon?! It's slightly better in JPN, but still not that great), but some felt like "....eh, I don't care". Not bad, but not good.

F.) WTF is Model FT2 (Miracle Version) included in the Random when I'm on BASIC OR ADVANCED?! There's no BSC or ADV charts!!

G.) Licenses are sweet. Hell, 3 appeared on Ouendan 2!

H.) V4 Previews are AWESOME. Not only did we get FOUR, we got some greats ones too. I mean, Inside-Out, Feel The Breeze, & Swimming In Love (I liked it, but would've traded it for, say, Charismatic) was cool enough, but then we got JAKE IN THE BOX. Hell yeah.

I.) CS-songs were....wierd. We got a alright Gradius tune (Tabidachi), some stupid, easy song, nice little P-Bombers song (LOVE the fact I gotta hit the drum to the telephone), great but super easy romantic song (Tears of Happiness), "meh" Gylay song, & a "HOLY FREAKIN' SH!T, THIS IS AWESOME!!!" Mutsuhiko Izumi long song (drum solo at end = win.)

J.) Random HATES me. I got Cassandra TWICE during Standard Mode (though I was selecting Random Existing so I could get some Player Titles). Plus Happy Man a few times.

K.) So, during the 2nd stage, what's the difference between Random Short & Random All?

L.) Battle Mode kinda feels whacked out. Sometimes, Drum Battle (I'm at C1, I think) is either too hard or REALLY close (I slightly won). I think I selected too low for Guitar (breezed through them).

So, is this my fav. out of the 3 I own (MP Silver & Gold, plus this)? Honestly, it's a TIE between V3 & MP Gold.
