I figured out that this was due to my tv, its a POS and I need to get a new one.
I guess my best bet now is to get some display adapters and connect them to my monitor.
I have a feeling this all has to do with refresh rate issues (or other various display features that my TV does NOT have).
So yeah, sorry if I was not to clear before, lol that is what I get for posting while I was still disoriented from my eye test, goo me .
See yaz bye.

There is no deinterlace option in Gold.

You have few options which may help eliminate flicker with 480i on the PS2.
Turn on the game's flicker filter option, if it has one.
Use something like HDTV Xploder to force a non-HD game into 480p. (requires component cables, HDTV, etc and doesn't always work)
Use a fixed resolution HDTV that is capable of quickly processing 480i.
Sorry, I don't have any specific answer for this game.

I am planning on getting a better tv soon, I might get the 300 dollar one, considering its a 100 dollar difference compared to the 1st link that I posted.
And im very sure it wont flicker when I plug it in at 480dpi.
By flickering, I mean everything looks fine, I just notice the bar for the notes, blink a tiny bit, but not to much.

Highlight "戻らない恋" on the songwheel (only noticed on drums). For some reason, it looks like my TV screen slightly darkens a bit.
Same goes for 繚乱ヒットチャート (I think it was that song) as it seems during the song (only noticed during drums again), it also darkens alittle bit...
Any reason why it would do that?

I will let everyone know after I get it.
Also, when I go to my player options screen (you know, the screen that shows your speed or picking to choose dark on/off), I notice that it "jiggles" up and down slightly or "blinks", its weird.
but yeah, that could be it .

Total Tokens: 7,630.07 Donate Tokens | After carefully studying a few tv terms that were new to me (and some gay ones that are "horribly misused" (suck as "Fit to DVD Scan) (or whatever that stupid mode was called, in which case makes it to have it at "proper 16:9 aspect ratio adjustment level"), I got myself a 27" LCD HDTV from Dell (easier for me to afford and I can pay the thing off in less then 2/3 months (675.00 in total, 24.00 for 2 years, not bad ).
the TV works great, I can play GF with ease and it does not reck my eyes when I go to the in-game options menu.
and yes, flickering was the correct word that I used in this topic. What it did was not only did it flicker, but it also had unusual brightness.
In conclusion, if you guys have this problem, get a new TV, preferably an LCD one with HD capabilities, but you dont have to have HD, because it will give you good "image-quality". .
That is all.
See yaz bye.
