How do I convert midi to pms?

Hey everyone,

I've got the pms converter (fasolati) but I kinda have no idea how to use it and when i make something it plays in doremi as 'error'. I was wondering if anyone knows how to properly use it or even how to use the original japanese one (with pictures if possible)
